Senior Manager Talent Acquisition BeLux

What you become a part of

You will be responsible for leading and shaping the BeLux TA Function to successfully deliver business needs 'in-Country', whilst contributing to driving excellence and thought leadership as part of the broader CCEP TA Lead Community of Practice.

What to expect

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, developing relationships with BeLux Leadership team and P&C colleagues to shape overall TA Strategy for BeLux and delivery plans that meet operational demand, talent mix and future skills requirements.
  • Expertise in all relevant recruitment markets, driving awareness of the CCEP brand, and using competitor information to influence CCEP approaches to policies and benefits to attract the very best talent to CCEP.
  • Providing leadership and performance coaching for BeLux team of recruiters. Mentors and guides in using data to identify trends, and opportunities to improve process, methodology driving a fair, robust and efficient process. Putting in place training and development plans to increase knowledge and effectiveness.
  • Proactively networking with the TA Centre of Excellence and other TA Leads to share best practice and seek opportunities to leverage broader community of practice, e.g. maximising use of technology, Leveraging buying power etc. Actively engages in self-driven learning to maintain recency of expertise.
  • Taking accountability for our reputation in the employment marketplace through effective oversight of the end to end process and monitoring indicators of strength of our employer brand image in the local markets.
  • Ensuring Inclusion and Diversity aims are understood and supported; showing leadership in sponsoring the adoption of best practice standards related to the recruitment process. Influencing the adoption of relevant external partnerships where these support our goals.
  • Accountable for TA compliance to relevant legal and data protection requirements. Works with legal, security and data privacy teams to maintain recency of policy and process.
  • Accountable for management of the TA BeLux budget, making decisions on the best use of financial resources, and driving best value to CCEP on investments made. Sign-off for new TA contractual relationships relevant to BeLux.

What we expect of you

  • Experienced within a TA Leadership role, ideally within Consumer Goods
  • Bachelor’s Degree or obtained equivalent experience
  • Proficient working language skills including English   
  • Deep knowledge of TA and broader P&C understanding, within a fast-paced consumer setting
  • Detailed knowledge of the Talent landscape and experience within the FMCG sector
  • Performance Management and team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of selection methodology, tools and approaches
  • Qualified in administering and interpreting psychometrics is desirable
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Data analytics/lean driven competence to drive excellence and continuous process improvement
  • Understanding of employee value proposition concepts and activation of employer brand in the marketplace
