COE Supply Planning Strategy and development Analyst

What you become part of:

Excellent supply planning drives efficiencies through lower inventories linked to service level targets, optimised flows, reduced losses and optimised short/mid-term plans to manage capacity for manufacturing, warehousing and transport

The role is responsible of developing the CDSP supply planning model from processes, organisation and technology perspective / analysing new system improvements and supporting the implementation of new initiatives to continuously improve the ways of working across the Planning community

This position is key to adapt the CDSP supply model to CCEP supply chain strategy, market/customers needs and new technology/functionalities available in the market

What to expect:

Support COE Supply Planning strategy & development Lead evolving the CDSP model

  • Capturing and analysing process/system improvement ideas from the Supply planning community (+300 planners)
  • Manage process & IBP changes with BPM team and BPT business partners, ensuring E2E integration as well as technical/data feasibility
  • Support COE SP strategy & development lead integrating the SAP IBP quarterly release (new functionalities) within the CDSP model.
  • Support new functionalities pilot management
  • Support COE SP strategy & development lead defining and updating the strategy of the supply planning model

Leadership responsibilities

  • Influence more than 300 planners ways of working
  • Collaborate with teams across CCEP, but particularly BU’s and the CDSP CoE, to achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • Fluency in English (other European languages would be advantageous)
  • The role requires an understanding in supply planning function (CPG companies preferably) as well as high expertise supply planning optimisation functionalities (control tower, segmentation and inventory optimisation..).
  • The role also requires experience in development/strategy positions
  • Experience in Digital transformation and change management
  • SAP IBP certification is beneficial
  • Understanding of supply planning advanced functionalities (Optimisers, control tower, inventory optimisation and scheduling), both from process and technology perspective.
  • Change management skills
  • Proficiency using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem solve.
  • An ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision in a virtual global team
