Associate Director, QESH BPT Business Partner, All CCEP Locations

What do you become a part of – 

The AD, QESH Business Partner will be accountable for everything that CCEP BPT does in collaboration with the QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety and Health) function, even if they are not the responsible person delivering.  The role is the “face” of CCEP BPT to this business function. The role is accountable to represent the business function to CCEP BPT and influence its plans and strategies.

You will be accountable for overseeing the end to end delivery of BPT in the Business Function and to report and communicate the status clearly to senior Business Function Management. Driving standardisation of business processes, platforms and data architecture for QESH across CCEP to realize synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP BPT. Acting as the “trusted advisor” for the QESH Function leadership teams.
Facilitating ongoing dialog with the BPT business partners of the Business Unit BPT Teams to ensure visibility of available services across BUs and consistency with functional roadmap.

You will define and maintain a technology strategy and BPT roadmap for the QESH function and ensure it is aligned to CCEP’s overall BPT strategy. Enabling collaboration between BPT and business function stakeholders to understand business functions strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services/solutions. Providing applicable advice to the business about new technologies and digitization, in order to improve the business’ understanding of technology and how to best leverage it within their function. Aligning the business process architecture with BPT capabilities and manages change in this area.   

What you will do – 

• Own the relationship between BPT and the QESH function, assuming the role of trusted advisor to the business function leads. 
• Accountable for the overall performance of BPT within the QESH function.
• Shape and scope business demand into tangible requirements in line with the Project delivery Lifecycle.
• Responsible for the development of robust, detailed business cases for project requests, in collaboration with the business stakeholders.
• Negotiate, set and manage expectations for demand and solution delivery into the QESH function.
• Foster a business-centric culture within the Strategic Business Solutions group and beyond into the wider CCEP BPT group.
• Proactively engage with business leads from QESH function to harness business opportunities arising from new technologies. 
• Maintain the business process architecture and its alignment to BPT services and capabilities.  
• Demonstrate BPT value for money to business stakeholders and showcases the capabilities and flexibility of BPT to deliver at the pace which the business requires.
• Appraise any business process changes for BPT impact, working closely with Enterprise Architecture and BPT Strategy & Commercial Planning teams, to formulate a change impact analysis for the stakeholders.  
• Support the QESH function during the deployment phase of projects, in order to maximise solution adoption and benefits realisation, in close collaboration with colleagues in the Solution Delivery Team.
• Facilitate the alignment of the BPT strategy and priorities, with changing business priorities. 
• Help set clear direction for the Functional Business Partner teams, promoting an inclusive, collaborative and motivational CCEP culture.

What we expect from you – 

• University degree in business management, computer science, business informatics or comparable line of studies.
• Proven experience in senior IT management roles involving complex and cross-functional remit, across the Supply Chain/Value Chain function.
• Demonstrable senior relationship building experience and gravitas amongst stakeholders.
• Strong track record initiating and delivering change, engendering a common culture and developing leadership and management capabilities to deliver sustainable performance.
• Solid understanding of the Quality (Food Safety, Laboratory, In-process Control and Audit), Environment (Sustainability in the industrial context) and Health & Safety functional processes and the digital solutions and applications which enable them.
• Experience working in a Matrixed Organisation model.
