What do you become a part of –
The AD, QESH Business Partner will be accountable for everything that CCEP BPT does in collaboration with the QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety and Health) function, even if they are not the responsible person delivering. The role is the “face” of CCEP BPT to this business function. The role is accountable to represent the business function to CCEP BPT and influence its plans and strategies.
You will be accountable for overseeing the end to end delivery of BPT in the Business Function and to report and communicate the status clearly to senior Business Function Management. Driving standardisation of business processes, platforms and data architecture for QESH across CCEP to realize synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP BPT. Acting as the “trusted advisor” for the QESH Function leadership teams.
Facilitating ongoing dialog with the BPT business partners of the Business Unit BPT Teams to ensure visibility of available services across BUs and consistency with functional roadmap.
You will define and maintain a technology strategy and BPT roadmap for the QESH function and ensure it is aligned to CCEP’s overall BPT strategy. Enabling collaboration between BPT and business function stakeholders to understand business functions strategies and demand, identify areas for improvement, conduct business planning and present opportunities for new services/solutions. Providing applicable advice to the business about new technologies and digitization, in order to improve the business’ understanding of technology and how to best leverage it within their function. Aligning the business process architecture with BPT capabilities and manages change in this area.
